Phoenix Pride Festival

The annual Phoenix Pride Festival in Phoenix returns! The two-day celebration is designed to bring our diverse LGBTQ+ and allied communities together for a weekend of camaraderie and celebration of our past, present and future, while raising funds for the Phoenix Pride Community Programs and educating the public about the existence and continuing civil rights battle facing our community. The Phoenix Pride festival features over 150 entertainment performances on 6 stages and over 300 Exhibitors showcasing a huge variety of food options, shopping opportunities, and community resources.
*Tickets purchased to the 2020 festival will be honored on these dates.
Canal Convergence
Date: Nov 3-14 2021
Place: Old Town Scottsdale Waterfront
Time: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Large-scale public artworks created by artists from around the world — and locally — will illuminate the Scottsdale Waterfront, along the pedestrian pathways, bridges, and in and above the Arizona Canal, between Scottsdale Road and Goldwater Boulevard.
Every year Canal Convergence selects a featured theme to be highlighted alongside our perennial themes of Water + Art + Light, interactivity, and sustainability. This year’s featured theme is “Art and Technology.” The combination of cutting-edge technologies with public art has made possible some of the most exciting and innovative artworks to appear at Canal Convergence. Through this year’s theme, Scottsdale Public Art intends to expand the public’s understanding of technology’s role in artmaking and explore its impact on society.

NASCAR Championship Weekend
Date: Nov 5-7 2021
Place: Phoenix Raceway
Time: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, see website for schedule
Price: $57-$165
Phoenix Raceway first hosted the sport’s pinnacle events in 2020 and is scheduled to crown four champions in three days for the second consecutive season this fall.
NASCAR Championship Weekend will again feature culminating events in the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the ARCA Menards Series West.
Arizona Bao & Dumpling Festival
Date: Nov 6, 2021
Place: Dr. A.J. Chandler Park
Time: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Price: $6-$15
The Arizona Bao and Dumpling Festival is coming to Downtown Chandler! Explore all the different varieties of baos and dumplings from traditional to creative interpretations.
Attendees will find a curated marketplace featuring the work of local artists, as well as additional Asian dishes, Boba tea, desserts and other dishes available for purchase. It is recommend to bring cash for food, beverage and craft purchases. Most bao/dumpling vendors will feature at least one bao/dumpling on their menu that is $5 or less.
Parking is free and plentiful in the Downtown Chandler with street parking and parking garages.
